It applies to information collected in connection with the use of our Sites and Services, as well as from other sources, such as over the telephone or from third parties. We take privacy seriously. As providers of Services that involve the use of personal information, protecting the confidentiality of that information is significantly important to us. Information Customers Provide Us
Customer underwriting system data and insurance policy related data that could include entities’ personal information, including without limitation, name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, claims information, SSN, Driver License, Date of Birth, VIN, and FEIN.
Information From Third Parties
All the entities within the insurance industry are used in conjunction with taxonomy within specific websites and news media for any information that may add value to the underwriting analysis.
We collect user information through social media and our website as part of lead generation that is used to contact prospects.
How We Use Information Collected
We may use information that we collect for the following purposes:
Underwriting information collected from customers will be utilized by GSR by third party data providers to analyze and assess risk.
The enrichment data collected from third parties may require use to share address information for additional validation. NON PII and NON PFI information maybe be shared through an API with our data providers/partners.
Conforming to GDPR – we do not currently have any non-US or European data in our systems.
Preparation for CCPA – we do not collect, share or sell personal data but will re-evaluate annually any prospect/customer/lead for our product sales and marketing purposes only.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time, and we take such steps as required by applicable law to notify you of any material changes. We will post all the revisions, along with their effective dates.
