This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how Green Shield Risk Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its affiliates (collectively, "GSR ", "we" or "us") collects, uses, shares and secures customer and business partner information in connection with our website and other digital properties that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”) and how we provide the Sites, educational materials, insurance coverage information, insurance brokerage services, and other services (the “Services”) more broadly. It applies to information collected in connection with the use of our Sites and Services, as well as from other sources, such as over the telephone or from third parties. By using the Sites and Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

We take privacy seriously. As providers of Services that involve the use of personal information, protecting the confidentiality of that information is important to us. Accessing Your Information

You can always ask us for access to, or a copy of, your personal information and you may request corrections, amendments and deletions to your information. Sangamon, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60607 and have your signature notarized.  We will respond to you in the timeframe required by applicable law based on where you reside, which is generally 30 business days. If we refuse your request, you will have the right to file a statement regarding what you believe to be accurate and fair information and why you disagree with our refusal. 

We do not charge a fee for giving you a copy of your information now, but we may charge a small fee in the future. You can change your personal information by calling your agent. We cannot update certain information that other companies, like credit agencies, provide to us. You would need to contact these other companies to change and correct your information.

Privacy of Children

GSR Sites and Services are not intended for children.  We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without parental consent.  We do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 16 to register for any services.  If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.  If you believe that a child under 16 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at the email or mailing address below.  We expect all information provided by online users to be truthful and correct regarding age and other information provided.

Opt-Out of Receiving Marketing Material
